Metering your three phase needs
25 November 2011

Conlog’s three phase metering products have always been renowned for their ability to operate in the harshest conditions.  Whilst the meter’s robust design has been facelifted, it’s the changes inside the devices that are sure to impress.

One such example is the increased information available through the use of hash commands, such as the reason for disconnection.  Another increasingly valuable feature is the ability for the meter to detect tampering even when the device is not powered.

Safety is always a prime consideration and the meters now come standard with galvanic isolation, as well as the ability to configure the threshold for the minimum and maximum voltage trip setting.  This means that should the supply drop below the threshold, or go above the maximum setting, the meter will disconnect the consumer’s supply until such time as the voltage returns to the preset parameters.
