How to log a request

•  Before logging your request, you will need to contact your Municipality to receive a Username and Password
•  Log onto http://www.support.conlog.co.za, and enter your login details
•  Once you have logged in the Tech Excel window will come up
•  Click the Incident View tab
•  Click the New Incident tab, to log your incident
•  Fill in al of the appropriate information and details
•  Submit your form
•  Conlog will action your call accordingly
